Ofc i can give you tips ^^
try to streght out as much as you can.
for eg. put you leg up on a table, and then try to put your head in you knees, but DONT force it, coz u might get hurt !
another thing is going to a gym.
other important thing is making a few exercices that will certenally help you with you flexibility.
you are 16, its a bit late, but you can get the maximum flexibility, if you work hard and every day ^^
